Range Brewing – Morning Ritual Pastry Stout
Morning Ritual is a pastry stout that has fast become a house favourite for us. Brewed with rich chocolate malts, oats for body and a touch of lactose for creaminess. For this batch we conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans then toasted coconut for added layers of complexity and decadence. The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, lush and smooth with a welcome sweetness and warmth. On the finish, a lingering coconut and chocolate lushness with a balancing hint of roasted bitterness.
Range Brewing – In Bloom DIPA
In Bloom is a brand new Double IPA loaded with Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic. Arguably the holy trinity of new-school brewing, we put these hops on a pedestal for a reason – they absolutely POP in this DIPA. It’s all tropical fruit juice on the nose and palate. Orange zest, key lime, papaya and mango pulp. The mouthfeel is thicc and sticky, coating your whole palate with every sip. Deceptively crushable, this takes us back to harvest this year when all the hops were in bloom.
Range Brewing – Power Trip DDH West Coast IPA
Power Trip is a brand new double dry-hopped West Coast which we’ve bombed with an extra large helping of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra, as well as Cryo versions of Citra and Mosaic. What we have here is a super punchy pine and citrus bomb with a wicked undertone of the finest dankness. The grist provides and ultra lean and clean body with a stunning clarity. A whole-palate bitterness hits upfront and flows all the way back only to fade perfectly into ripe citrus fruits, fresh pine needles and just the right amount of dank resinous bitterness.
Burnley Brewing – Kristall Weizen
Light citrus notes blend with banana and clove in this fresh take on a weizen. I believe we’ve made ourselves clear.
Brewed in collaboration with Range Brewing.
Range Brewing – Double Dripping In Green: Chinook, Citra + El Dorado West Coast Double IPA
Double Dripping In Green: Chinook, Citra + El Dorado is our first iteration of a West Coast style in our Double Dripping series. This beer is big and bold both in it’s aromas and flavors. We’re hit with big notes of grapefruit, pine, sticky orange bitterness, stonefruit and a hint of pineapple. The mouthfeel is full and saturating, with a resinous stick that coats the palate. There is an upfront bitterness that while is assertive, is not overpowering and allows the hops to shine through bright flavours also. The finish is full flavoured and long lasting, with a definitive hop kick.
Range Brewing – Another Day In Paradise California IPA
Another Day In Paradise is a brand new Cali IPA which is one part of a two part series. This series aims to highlight how changing something as simple as the yeast strain can drastically impact the final beer. Another Day In Paradise is fermented with our house West Coast strain and dry-hopped with a Simcoe heavy lineup that features Simcoe Cryo Hops™, Citra LUPOMAX, Simcoe, Citra and Galaxy. This is a beautiful hop combo for this style of beer! The lean Pilsner malt base brings enough body to support the beer and it’s ABV but ultimately just allows the hops to sing! We’ve got all kinds of zest going on with this beer. The palate and aroma are brimming with bright orange citrus characteristics that bring zest for days. On the back of the palate, big tropical mango notes come through, leaving a dry, refreshing and fruity finish.
Range Brewing – Living the Dream IPA
Living The Dream is a brand new IPA which is one part of a two part series. This series aims to highlight how changing something as simple as the yeast strain can drastically impact the final beer. Living The Dream is fermented with our house hazy yeast strain and dry-hopped with a Simcoe heavy lineup that features Simcoe Cryo Hops™, Citra LUPOMAX, Simcoe, Citra and Galaxy. And what a lineup it is! Notes of soft pineapple, juicy citrus fruits and a distinctly Galaxy passionfruit finish. This mouthfeel and overall balance of this one is extremely soft which allows ultimate sessionability without compromising on beautiful hop expression or signature Range flavour.
