It’s coffee, but not as you know it. Café Fizz, foeder aged sour beer infused with vanilla bean, lemon zest, Acai berries and Rich Coffee cascara – the dried cherry like fruit that surrounds the coffee bean. A deliciously bright, zesty, light pink sour with a lively cherry coffee top note. The perfect pick-me-up.

New name, less Rock and no giant gorillas – same amount of bees and chocolate-toffee deliciousness though.

Working Title Brew Co – Bubble Trouble Tutti Frutti Ice Cream Sour
Taking one of our favourite treats as a kid, we’ve endeavoured to transform tutti fruitti ice cream into a beer. A solid sour base loaded with Amarillo and Talus is the framework for the tropical juice explosion. The sour is serious, at pH3.2 but has a minerality that keeps it all in check.
This is juicy fruit chewing gum in a glass. Loaded with those tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, mango, passionfruit and banana, it’s an odd combo that seriously works. Juicy and sour, tropical and dry. Like a millennial chewing gum at a bus stop, it’s definitely better than it sounds.
