Charged with a huge quantity of Talus hops & then dry hopped with an eclectic mix of tropical CRYO Hops – Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, El Dorado, Idaho 7 & Cryohop, this unfiltered IPA deliveries a literal tropical hopstorm in a glass – delicious!!!

Well, sir, there’s nothing on earth like a genuine, bona fide Shelbyville IPA.
Lifted piney, apricot and orange aromas are oh-so dank flowing through to a full, resinous palate with assertive bitterness and a long finish. That’s good. There’s not much of it. That’s bad.
Sunday Road Brewing – Off-Roadie
A light and bright Triple dry hopped IPA, featuring a firm favourite hop, Nelson Sauvin paired up with 2 new experimental varities from Yakima Chief, HBC 586 and HBC 630. Dry hopped at the start of ferment for maximun bio-transformation, again towards the end of primary ferment, and lastly after the beer was chilled and the yeast dropped out of suspension to give a clean, and slightly green resinous hop finish with flavours of tropical stonefruits and berries.
