Going for our biggest stout do date, we ramped up the malt bill to 11 and brewed this imperial stout over two days, taking only the first wort runnings. This allowed us to keep the wort extract high and maximise flavour from the Voyager’s finest Veloria, Voodoo, chocolate, roasted wheat, roasted barley and oats. Expect smooth rounded flavours of chocolate, coffee and vanilla tones with a syrupy mouthfeel and a boozy warmth.
