Beercast #39 – One Drop Brewing Co. Showcase Sequel – The Dropfather Part II
A massive thank you to our new friends at One Drop Brewing Co, who were nice enough to support the podcast with two massively unique, limited release beers.
We had no choice but to record a sequel on these guys, and the glitter sour from the first episode MIGHT have been dethroned for taste and creativity. The Double Fruited Smoothie Sour poured THICC, loaded with mango, guava, banana and vanilla.
A unique hop experience courtesy of a collaborative brew with Dogma (from Serbia!), greeted us warmly as well. Plus a surprise third beer hand picked by us!

Expect a hop-saturated IPA brewed with our brothers and sisters Dogma Brewery from Belgrade, Serbia. As the OG hop-forward brewery from the Balkans, we met years ago as they were starting their journey, and now we’ve combined forces while they were down under. Sharing techniques, ideas, and processes, both breweries started brewing the same recipe, with the same ingredients, at the exact same hour to ensure a fully cohesive international collaborative experience. Packed with Balkan Slovenian Wolf™, Kiwi Nelson Sauvin™, and Aussie Vic Secret™ hops.

Nu Nu – Dip Hopped West Coast IPA with Clean Fusion
NU NU is a modern West Cosat IPA employing a Citra & Sultana Dip-Hop charge at the start of fermentation for big hits of stone-fruit, citus, and dankness. Post fermentation Clean Fusion dry hop with Amarillo, BRU-1, and Australian Eclipse lend a punchy hop character. Expect a peach and pine forward profile with a clean bitterness and robust malt-driven back bone. A modern take on a craft beer classic.

We Jammin’ Double Fruited Smoothie Sour with Mango, Guava, Banana & Vanilla
This here is a topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that’s been given our full Fresh-Fruit Smoothie Treatment.
If you love fruit, beer, good times and lactose, then this one is for you. Obscene amounts of Mango, Guava, and Banana are added and backed up in full by kisses of Tahitian Vanilla. Fear not, Lactose Santa has been to sprinkle the goods on top – with a sack full of lactose, Multi-Stacked Oats™, and a sneaky ol’ bag of Icing Sugar!
